Caleb to Walmart

In the am I took Caleb to Walmart and to the Library. This is the usual Saturday morning trip that Caleb & I make while Lara sleeps after her night shift nursing at Cosby Germany Hospital in Grand Saline (home of the Morton Salt company).

While Lara, Caleb & Chloe slept their after noon naps, I wrapped all of the Christmas presents. Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here.

2005 Anthology DVD

Last day of the week and a great sense of accomplishment here. The 2005 Anthology DVD that Steve and myself authored has come back from the duplicator... It looks awesome... wierd to see something I made produced as a a product.

Good bye little wagon!

I made the decision that our Toyota Camry wagon would not be worth fixing and that if no one wanted it by next week after Christmas we would send her off to the recking yard for $250. All in all the new transmition she needs would run us $1000 and the A/C would need to probably be replaced next summer ($1200) as well as the engine being rebuilt ($1500). So to keep her we are looking at about $3700 over the next 9 months (something I'd rather not do... better to put that money into a newer car). She has served us well these last three years and it's a wonder she is 15 years old and sports 238,000 miles. All in all a fair value running an average of about $175 a month including cost, repairs, insurance, gas and maintainance. Good bye little wagon!

AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGG

I have realized that I definitly need to get our web site up todate. The last time I updated her was in October of 2003. AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGG! Yikes!

Well it's about time.

I have gained some new skills and knowledge about web design and will be making it part of my weekly reminder to keep putting new entries and new content.

Look for new content; media (new videos that I have edited), intersting facts, weekly photo updates... etc, etc, etc...
